[ ] Tooling IDs, mounting/alignment and guides checked
[ ] Dosing / heating / controls checked to approved methods
[ ] Representative materials and process records identified
[ ] Agreed trial completed with sample and inspection records
[ ] Deviations logged; corrective actions and release conditions agreed

SITE ACCEPTANCE (SAT)
[ ] Site utilities and receiving-factory readiness confirmed
[ ] Installation and interface checks completed by responsible parties
[ ] Local operation trial completed against agreed acceptance criteria
[ ] Operator training and competency records complete
[ ] Open items assigned with owner and completion date

PRODUCT QUALIFICATION
[ ] Named material / reinforcement / section / process identified
[ ] Required product tests completed and reviewed
[ ] Acceptance authority signs the product-release decision
[ ] Changes and substitutions require the agreed review process

HANDOVER AND AFTERCARE
[ ] Approved drawings and material BOM delivered
[ ] Trial, inspection and product-test records delivered
[ ] Supplier manuals and control/document access confirmed
[ ] Wear parts, spares and maintenance schedule agreed
[ ] Ownership / licensing / confidentiality terms recorded
[ ] Support contacts, duration and warranty responsibilities identified
[ ] Handover signed; remaining actions recorded
